Unleash Your Southern Hospitality
My parents loved having company over, throwing parties, and hosting friends and family. From huge celebrations to informal spaghetti dinners, it was normal to have 25 guests over for a meal in our 1500 square foot house. They both learned it from their parents, who hosted diplomatic dinners and political fundraisers. In addition, several of my family members helped build the thriving hospitality scene in Charleston as restaurateurs. My siblings and I, and now my children, all grew up working in restaurants. In fact, I was bussing tables at 10 years old! Being an exceptional hostess is in my DNA and I have honed those skills throughout my adulthood.
I am excited to share my tricks and tips with you!
