Theatre 99 hosts improv comedy shows every Wednesday-Saturday. On weekends, they will sometimes have two shows. And during Piccolo Spoleto, they have multiple shows throughout the 2-week period. Shows are usually 1-2 hours long and you will howl with laughter the entire time. Theatre 99 has been performing in Charleston since 1995 -these are improv pros!

Local tip: the snack bar is CASH only, there is no onsite parking, and seating is general admission so get there at least 20 minutes early to get seats together. The theatre is up a flight of stairs, no wheelchair access. Definitely not kid-friendly but great for mature teenagers.
