Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE pronounced “see-wee”) at Marion Square
SEWE is an annual festival in Charleston celebrating everything wildlife and the outdoors. At Marion Square, you’ll find great art, food trucks, local artisans, an exhibition from the Edisto Serpentarium, and an exhibition from the Center for Birds of Prey. There will also be demonstrations throughout the day. In 2024, it included a falcon demonstration and frisbee dogs.
My other favorite SEWE event is at Brittlebank Park.
Local Tip: Check out the online schedule to make sure you see the demonstrations you want.
