The Friday before Memorial Day, to kick off Piccolo Spoleto, the CSO hosts a free concert on the steps of the Custom House. You’ll hear Broadway, John Philip Sousa, and often something from pop culture such as Star Wars. And the kids will love pulling a “Rocky” and running up the Custom House Steps. And afterward, you can walk a few blocks down to Waterfront Park for you and kiddos to play in the fountains or grab some ice cream.
